Currently we don’t have the feature to translate the Confirmation Message after for submission and also the Notification email’s settings. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

I have another question – lately my email notifications for the form which is translated in Portuguese changed. The notification Subject in the Emails are configured with “Example Text”. But since a while ago, the Portuguese version shows in Subject <p>Example Text</p>
Can you please tell me if this is something we can change through your forms configuration or if we should change it in the translate press pluggin ?
