    Hi @alexprepo,

Please know that I was able to submit the form on the shared page, and here’s a screencast with my form submission: https://a.supportally.com/v/nD6hjb.

Please know that problems with form submission often result from a conflict between the cached site and the anti-spam protection feature in WPForms. To test this, please temporarily disable the anti-spam protection feature in your form, and for this, please go to Settings » Spam Protection and Security.

If the issue stops after disable our anti-spam protection feature, you can use another anti-spam option, or follow our guide on how to optimize your site’s cache settings to fix form submission issues.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @alexprepo,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

We found the source of the problem indeed in the page cache.

By deleting the cache, the form was functional again. By now we have a huge spam problem so we need to re-enable captcha.

are there any recommendations on using “rocket” with your solution together with captcha?

    Hi @alexprepo,

To use our anti-spam protection feature with a caching solution, you can follow our guide on how to optimize your site’s cache settings to fix form submission issues, which link I shared in my previous answer. Or you can choose other anti-spam options in our guide on how to prevent spam from being sent through your forms.

If for “rocket” you mean the WP Rocket plugin, you can take a look at our guide with suggestions on how to prevent issues with WPForms and WP Rocket. Following the suggestions in that guide, you should not have problems with WPForms using the WP Rocket plugin.

    Hope this helps!
