Sorry to hear you are having this problem.
We tested from different locations using Firefox and it worked, but our team is checking a similar situation when the site uses a non-English Language.

Thank you for the form, I tested it on my website using Firefox 86.0 (64-bit) but couldn’t replicate it.
Can you confirm which language is set in your WordPress settings?

Dear Patrick,
The issue appears, when you change the quantity of any item from “0” to any other number. In your tests of the order-form you have sent, the quantities of all items were “0”.
The language of our website is german.

I would like to update you that our developers found it is a bug when the Form is in a specific language.
Our developers are working to fix the issue, but I’m afraid we can’t give an estimated time to release the fixed version.
Kindly keep the eyes on the plugin updates and changelogs.

I have confirmation from the developers that this will be fixed in 1.15 version of the Forminator.
Make sure to update the plugin when a new version is released.
