Form customization: Content in seperated boxes

Hello everyone
I need some support about my little page, it`s not public yet.(sorry because of that)
I already made a frontend post adding. For my page it`s really important, that i have seperate boxes in the content area.
For example:
I need a contet box with separate fields:
Step 1:
Step 2:
….

In the boxes the “user” should type in his steps.

After they submit the form, it should make a post.
And every steps should be shown on the page.

Can anyone help me with this case?
I would be really thankful.
