form data not captured

    Hi please can you help. I have a contact form with mandatory fields. These are all working on the form (they can not be left unanswered) but the data is not being saved either in the site or shown on email notifications. Why is this and what can I do to make it work properly please

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Could you export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox, and share the URL of that form in your next reply so we could take a closer look at this?

    Thank you – I think I may have hopefully sorted it! Someone recommended that I go into the form and apply an update to each individual field within the form and save it again. I did that and it now seems to be working ok – fingers crossed. Thanks for your speedy reply though
