Form does not hide

    Hello everyone.

    I want to use a form, that disappears atfter succesfully filling it. I use the function “Hide form …” but when i reload the page, the form is shown again. Each user should fill it just once.

    Can somebody please help me?

    This is supposed to be correct behaviour, if you reload the page. Hiding the form from a user after submitting and reloading would only work for logged in wordpress users or in one session. Depending on the session is not a good idea, because you can easily circumvent it. Depending on a logged in user would give a benefit. Is that your scenario?
