Entiendo claramente que nadie esté obligado, por eso hice un llamado de atención, con alguien del soporte que me hubiera dado una respuesta al menos diciéndome que no se me podía ayudare me era más que suficiente.
Pero es algo frustrante ver como se debaten temas de hace unas horas y ver como el mío pasa desapercibido.
