Form does not submit

    Hi, I created a form for testimonial submission. However, when the form is filled and submitted, it returns an empty form again and when it is completed and submitted the second time the submitted testimony appears at the backend.
    To pinpoint the problem I tried various combinations such as creating the form in popup maker or standalone page. as well as ajax active/disabled, etc. The problem persists. Kindly please advise how to resolve this problem.

    Hi @taniamadi,

    Unfortunately I was unable to replicate the same issue on my end.
    I was able to submit a testimonial without any issues.
    Did you find the issue?

    Can you please let me know what browser did you test this on?

    I do have exactly the same issue. I use google chrome as browser. I am searching for a solution since a long time but without success. It would be fantastic to recieve help. Thank you so much in advance!

    Unfortunately, I have not find a resolution to the problem. It still has the same problem. I have approached to the Strong Testimonials’ support team however have not heard feedback that is helpful to resolve the matter. In interim, I replaced the front end testimonial collection form with a Calderia Forms’ template. It works fine to collect the testimonial however it is not integrated to the back end hence it requires manual capturing of the testimonials again.

    I will wait to hear from Strong Testimonial’s support team to respond until the weekend and in the case no solution is found I will have to test and purchase another plugin.
