Form does not submit properly – spinning

The form won’t submit properly. It spins, and though the record is saved in CF7DB, an email is never sent nor confirmation text shown.

According to the logs, the plugin seems to be throwing an error- PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: implode(): Argument #2 ($array) must be of type ?array, string given in /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/CF7DBPlugin.php:849
