    Out of curiosity, does your Constant Contact account have a large amount of lists in it, over 100, for example?

    This may be playing a part in things here.

    Hmm.

    Can you take two steps for me?

    1. Go to the lists page in our admin menu panel, and click sync at the top of the page.
    2. Edit the form in question, confirm the intended list is still selected, and then click save.

    Once done, let me know and I can help check on if the list ID is being added to the form output finally. I was able to confirm it isn’t yet.

    Looks like there’s now two different ones selected and available. If you’re wanting to offer the ability to sign up for potentially both, then I think we’re good to at least continue forward here. However if you were wanting to only have the one, then we’ll want to remove one from the setting, and re-confirm quick after that.

    Also may need to tinker with the label positioning settings as it’s presently really scrunched together.
