You have JavaScript errors on your sites, those are not wpDiscuz errors for sure. Those are coursed by the current active theme or by some plugin. And if there is a one JS error it affects wpDiscuz forms submit JS functions. Please deactivate plugins one by one and find the plugin which case those error. e.g. the “msDropDown is not a function” error is definitely doesn’t belong to wpDiscuz but it affects wpDiscuz JS functions.

I tried deactivating all the non-essential plugins all at once and it still didnt work. I guess there’s some incompatibility with the theme.
Is there anything else I could try?

there are no captcha plugins installed, the only anti-spam i use is CleanTalk which doesn’t have a captcha.
i dont mind sharing the admin details if you could fix this. let me know where to email it.
