form doesn't send e-mail

    I installed the wp-mail-stmp and these are the error messages. I don’t know what they mean )other than the one where maybe my hosting server is rejecting it) so i don’t know how to resolve them. Please help!:

    Here are the errors: Verification failed for

    550-No Such User Here
    550 Sender verify failed

    You should change the sender’s email, for example, for gmail or similar.
