The case is, our Contact Form plugin does not have shortcodes of this kind. Could it be that you are using another plugin? On the plugin settings page, the following information is specified:
If you would like to add the Contact Form to your website, just copy and paste this shortcode to your post or page or widget: [contact_form] or [contact_form lang=en]
If have any problems with the standard shortcode [contact_form], you should use the shortcode [bws_contact_form] (or [bws_contact_form lang=en]) or [bestwebsoft_contact_form] (or [bestwebsoft_contact_form lang=en]).
If you are sure you are using our plugin, and after you change the shortcode the contact form still fails to work, we kindly ask you to provide a screenshot of our plugin settings page.
