Form doesn’t work

    I added a form to a post and on the front-end it shows the messages ‘The form has been submitted successfully!
    There has been some error while submitting the form. Please verify all form fields again.’

    This shows without any action. When I do test the form it isn’t being send. What might be wrong?

    EDIT: the form was shown in the Blog page and I tested it there. It does work in the Single post page.
