Form doesn't work, no support

This is a great concept. When I loaded the plug-in, however, it did not present the form properly. The drop-down menu for selecting the amount to give was in the wrong place and did not work. I asked for assistance on the WordPress forum and via the plug-in website. No reply from either. So, I suspect if you have more skills than I do, this is a good plug-in that would be great once it was made to work. For me, it’s time to deactivate and find something that works.
