Form dont show

    Hi @nuevox

    I hope you’re well today!

    Are you using any JS optimization plugin/tool on site (especially such that is deferring/delaying scripts load)?

    If yes, please check if the same issue happens if you disable such JS optimization (make sure to clear all cache on site as well).

    There are also two settings in form’s “Behavior” settings section that would be worth testing to see if they affect the issue:

    1. try switching “Method” option from “Ajax” to “Page Reload” there
    2. try switching off “Load form using AJAX” option under “Rendering” there

    Hey! I did what you asked and it didn’t work. But then I went and checked the option “Load form using AJAX” and it worked!
