I’ve built a contact form that I am using to gather customer order information and send it to me in an email. All of text field inputs work as intended, both by using the [all-values] tag in the Message field, and by using the individually-assigned value IDs (e.g. [value_id=”first_name”]), but all of the dropdown field inputs are not working, by either method. It’s like their Value IDs simply don’t exist.

Could you advise on a solution please? I could rebuild this form using CF7 but I’m very happy with the way it is built and styled now and it seems like this could be a bug, so I thought it would be worth flagging to tech support.

I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps (updating, disabling all other plugins etc).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @deeperdesign ,

Thank you for the detailed report and for the troubleshooting you already did, this is indeed a bug and our team has identified a fix.

To apply it on your end right away, please navigate to the following files in your plugins folder and replace them with the updated versions from the link below:

    plugins\the-plus-addons-for-elementor-page-builder\assets\js\main\plus-form\plus-form-widget.js

    plugins\the-plus-addons-for-elementor-page-builder\assets\js\main\plus-form\plus-form-widget.min.js

    Updated files: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dvu47xA5av2mr3ZPzi-nCwJI53iDkzPL?usp=sharing

Once you have replaced the files, please check if the dropdown field values are coming through correctly in the email and let us know. This fix will also be included in our next release 😊

    Best Regards.

    Hi Mohit,

Thanks for your reply and for providing a fix so quickly! I’ve tested it and am pleased to confirm that it is now all working as intended. I will be leaving a positive 5 star review of the plugin.

A separate issue I’m having with this form is I’m struggling to add reCAPTCHA v3. The documentation on your website says I can do so by adding the site key & secret key in the plugin settings, which I have done (via Nexter). Could you advise on how to actually add it to this form?

    Thanks
