Form Editing Screen unusable

    After applying several edits to the header of a new form I’m generating and pressing update, I have been presented with a blank screen that shows only the drag and drop and new field buttons. The rest of the screen is blank without anything shown. I have not yet added any fields to the form. I can add a field, but I have no way to update the form, or further modify the header.

    I have tried to access the form in a different browser with no luck.

    Please help.
