Form elements do not have associated labels

    Hi,

    I get this error on a chrome Lighthouse report:

    Form elements do not have associated labels
    Labels ensure that form controls are announced properly by assistive technologies, like screen readers.

    Failing Elements
    input.sib-email-area
    input.sib-FIRSTNAME-area
    input (“I accept the terms and conditions”)

    I think accessibility is very important. It is actually required by low in my country.

    Will you be able to implement it?
