Form Elements for Application not contact Form

Hi, Is there documentation on how to use WP Contact From 7 to build custom application forms? We want to use a select form element that contains a list of items and when the user selects a single item (or when a submit button is clicked), the form containing the single select element is submitted and the data send via post method can be used to dynamically create a table on the text page. So, basically we want to build a form with a single select form element that collects the user input and uses the form post data to dynamically populate the next page.

So, it’s not a contact form, it’s a custom form to collect user input to dynamically create the content on the next page.

We have already created the auto-populated populated select box, we just want to know how to submit the form without sending an email. It seems the form is connected to mail and messaging functions that we can’t figure how to unbind.

Can it be done?
