I’ve cleared the cache multiple times. I’m still getting the same error.
Sandbox mode works without any issues.

Could you try to re-create the PayPal live API and configure it again?
Can you also enable the debug mode:

Could we know do you have more than one Forminator form with PayPal on the same page where you are testing the form?
Is it possible to share a page URL where you have the form so that we could check further regarding this?
