Form error on the staging website

    Hi,

    We are using multiple Contact Form 7 forms on our website, and all the forms are working perfectly on the live site. However, in our cloned staging environment, none of the forms are functioning. Even when I create a simple new form with the default settings, I keep receiving the error: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    I have not made any changes to the settings from the live environment, and I’ve also removed the CAPTCHA, but the issue persists.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WordPress Importer and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
