Form field Manager – Hidden Fields

    Does your Form Field Manager Add-on have the option of hiding certain fields until you click on another field or radio button?

    But I will say in advance that Form Field Manager does NOT affect the default fields in any way. It adds additional fields and it does not YET have conditional logic like you describe. Thanks!
