    Client Company:
    Client Designation:

    To add more fields required lots of code customization beyond the scope of support. but you can change existing form field level as your requirement.

    Hi @riazally1993

    Sorry for that I already told you we can not add any new field in appointment from its required lots of code customization and data base changes so this is beyond the support offered for our product.
