Update. Apparently this problem is only on Android devices. The fields work fine in browsers and on apple mobile devices.
Ok, I found this issue in another thread, but it was closed and there was no real fix, other than turning off reordering under response settings. Well, this is not good, because all the side info goes over the main content…ugh!
yep, turning off reordering and doing right side bars only will sort it out. Seems to be the only way
Just updated to Customizr 3.2.7 and problem is still not fixed. Considering how many Android devices are out there, I’m surprised they haven’t applied a fix to this issue yet. Also, the responsive menu does not work on older Android versions, but works fine iPhones.
Well, it’s a free theme and Nic and team are doing a fantastic job.
We have two options, set it a suggested above or start using another theme.

BTW< you can check reordering if you use only right side bars.
