Form fields reset after submit

    I’ve built a multi-step contact form, but after submission the fields don’t clear. Users think their form wasn’t sent. Can this be fixed with a redirect or JS callback?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    By default, the form will not display the input data after submission is completed, unless a different feature on your site is activated that impacts this behavior. Here is a video – https://d.pr/v/i1iDsS. Please check related options from other add-ons on your site to find out the root cause.

    If you have any questions about the Multi-step features, please check the plugin details page to find our support forum link and create a ticket. We cannot discuss pro features in Org according to the guidelines.
