Ok. Just inspected the source code of your website and it looks like your theme is adding this custom style. You can either ask your theme developers why its making the field green.

Or you can add this Custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to override this:

.brave_popup .brave_element.brave_element--form .brave_form_field input:focus {
    background: initial!important;
}
