Form generator is broken, and shortcode is broken

Updated to 2.4.1 as was having some other issue.

Now when going to forms, it says: “Form generation error: something went wrong!”

Also, my shortcode, despite having lists=”98″ in it and working before, now returns an error saying “you must specify at least one list”
