    When using the Divi module or the short code clicking a donation card will alway pop up the modal window even if we have Redirect selected. We want it to redirect, not open in a pop-up window.

    This is the shortcode we’re using.
    [give_form_grid columns=”2″ show_featured_image=”true” display_style=”redirect”]

    Good day! Thanks for writing in.

    Looks like you ran into a bug that our developers are aware of. Basically, the form grid’s redirect parameter is not working when using Divi. You can view the bug report in here — https://givewp.featureos.app/p/form-grid-redirect-parameter-does-not-work-with-divi.

    I don’t have a timeline nor a workaround for it, but I’ve linked this ticket into the report, so that, when this bug has been resolved, we can reach out and update this post.

    Our feedback site is designed to be the single source for all updates on particular issues. If any movement has happened, it will be displayed there for both the public and our team internally.

    I encourage you to write a comment on that link so that our product management can be made more aware of what our users are facing.
