Form information does not sync with MailChimp

    Hi,

    I am using the Easy Forms for Mailchimp plugin to create a form where customers can get a E-book in exchange for their e-mail. But after a form is submitted no data is synced to Mailchimp. Also, there is no-body added to the mailing list in Easy Forms.

    When I look into the settings the API is connected and I see all the tags and fields when I want to create an Opt-in Form. So that should indicate that the data of Mailchimp will be synced to Easy Forms. Moreover, when I look into the debug log I do not see any error logs.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @aronadmin

    What email address are you using to test? If you use an email that was previsously subscribed to the list you can run into issues when trying test.

    Please try an email that was never on the list the form is connected to.
