Form is not submitting

    We use this form on many of our pages and it is the same on all pages. After someone is going to “submit” the form, the form just spins and isn’t fully completing the form and sending confirmation emails. People keep reaching out and saying the form is not submitting.

    We have Contact Form CFDB7 installed and are getting the results in there but it is not actually completing for the user.

    We haven’t installed any new plugins or anything so, I’m not sure what is going on as it was working perfect last week.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    The theme is a custom one. We use a bunch of plugins and they haven’t changed in the past year and half that we have been using Contact Form. Other plug-ins include Akismet, classic Wditor, Display Posts, Easy HTTPS Redirect, Handl UTM Grabber, Max Mega Menu, Post SMTP, WP Super Cache, Yoast SEO.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Thank you, Takayuki. I figured out what the problem was because of the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. It’s our Post SMTP plugin that is causing the submission to keep circling. Only thing I haven’t been able to do at this time is change our theme to the default theme. I won’t be able to do that at this time though. I’m trying to figure out on their end on what is going on but any more help from you would be appreciated. Thank you so much!
