    Hello team,

    I have the same problem.

    Form DOES NOT work.

    WPSMTP sends TEST emails but your plug in doesnt send the form’s info.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @abiox,

    Thanks for writing to us.

    Try updating to Spectra version 2.0.15 and see whether that helps, if it doesn’t, please verify you have set up SMTP on your site. Refer to this article – https://optinmonster.com/how-to-set-up-smtp-in-wordpress/

    I would like you to know that, while the form is coming from Spectra, in order to make the form work as expected, i.e. sending the submitted form, it relies on the hosting. This is not only happening with Spectra’s form but is also happening with other forms that are created using a third-party plugin.
