Form keeps loading, and doesn’t send properly.

    Hi there,

    Since last week, my website is having trouble loading the form information properly.
    The forms are showing everywhere, and are completely filled in on the back-end. However, they do not send properly.
    Users keep on seeing the circle loading, without it completing their submission.
    In the back-end, I do see that someone tried to submit something, but only because their first name and last name are showing (all the other information is not received).

    Does anybody know, how to resolve this problem?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I use a theme by Jupiter. Furthermore, I use quite a few plugins… Are there any specific ones which interfere with this one that you know of straight away. Perhaps I can answer that question more specifically then…

    After trying various things, it works again after I deleted the drop-down menu answer option from the form. It somehow got stuck on the drop-down, which disabled the data to upload from that point onward.
    A bit strange, since the forms have worked a long time without any issues concerning this answer option.

    I don’t whether this is something common, or whether there is some kind of alternative way of still using drop-downs in the forms?
    I look forward to your reply.

    But for now is kinda working again I guess.
