Form loads but with fields blank (after last plugin update)

    after updating the calculated fields form plugin, my form isn’t loading properly, it loads but all fields aree blank, i’ve already changed some setting for testing like the W3 cached site solution for sites that use W3 and also changed the loading method to direct. never happened this before, i always keep it updated.
