    To Whom It May Concern,

    Form Maker is no longer showing up on my side bar when I log in to my word press account. I am unable to see it on my side bar and cannot access submissions and or make changes. How do I fix this issue?

    The most probably your form maker is deactivated, please enter Plugins section and check. If it is deactivated then please activate and check again.
