form maker issue

    We’re getting some complaints like this one below from
    someone who tried to complete the form. Please advise. thank you.

    The message on my screen says:
    Warning:
    move_uploaded_file(/home2/manhaua7/public_html/http://.manhattanarts.c
    om/wp-content/uploads/form-maker/Zhelyazkova_R_4 Elements-5.jpg):
    failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
    /home2/manhaua7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/form-maker/frontend/mod
    els/FMModelForm_maker.php on line 453

    Thanks for posting about this problem!

    Could you please make sure the permissions of /wp-content/uploads/form-maker/ folder is set to 777?
