    Hi,

I have 6 forms that I created with Form Maker. After several months of everything working fine and not going into the admin settings of the plug in, I now want to change something but it says “no forms found”. Underneath the search bar it says that there are six forms but none of them are actually displayed.
I saw that this person had the same issue but the solution isn’t posted.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi @haukeha,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Can you please write are the forms displaying correctly on the front end?

First of all please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

Not displaying the forms may be a conflict with other tools you use.

Can you please try to deactivate the plugins that you have added during the last 6 months one by one and check whether the forms are appearing or not.

If you have used a new theme during this time then please switch to another theme to check whether the conflict is with it or not.

Please get abck to us with results.

    Hi @zhannak

    Thank you for your answer.

Yes, all 6 forms are displaying perfectly on the front end. They just won’t show up in the overview of the forms.

I can select each form under submissions and I see all the submissions. So unfortunately, at this moment I can’t add and/or change any forms.

I have deleted all unnecessary plugins one by one and I waited in betweeen a little bit just to see if anything needed to be reset on the server end. Unfortunately this did not help.

I am using the newest WordPress version, plug ins are all updated, Divi theme (only theme) is on the newest version as well.

Plug ins that are still installed: exclude pages from navigation, export users to CSV, File Away, Form Maker Calculator, Form Maker Pro, Import Users from CSV, Login Page Styler, Search Everything, Simple Membership after login redirection, simple membership custom messages, simple membership WP user Import, simple wordpress membership, WD manager, When Last Login, WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache

Thank you for any help in advance,
    Hauke

    Hi @zhannak,

Here is the first message: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED
    /wp-admin-admin-ajax.php:1

I will post the other information as soon as I have it.
    Thank you

    Hi @zhannak
I noticed in the cpanel that we were still using an old PHP version so I selected the newest one.

The forms are still not displayed but this error message is gone:
Here is the first message: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED
    /wp-admin-admin-ajax.php:1

    I will keep you posted.

A different question: The one form has more than 4000 submissions and I’d like to export all of them to CSV. When I try to do that, it just says loading forever but it doesn’t do anything which is probably because of the huge amount of submsissions. Is there any other way to export them?

    Dear @haukeha,

If that is possible please for a moment deactivate all your plugins besides form maker and check again, this is surely a conflict and we need to understand which plugin causes it.

If after deactivation it’ll show the forms then you’ll need to add the plugins one by one and check after which activation the issue comes back.

As for export, our developers think that it should have exported 4000 submissions without an issue.

But if you think that the issue is with size, you can try to use date filter and export, for example, each month submissions separately.

    Hi @zhannak

I just deactivated all plug ins except
Form Maker Pro and Form Maker Calculator and the forms still don’t appear.
