Thanks for the reply. We checked all the steps. The web site was working correctly until we moved it to a new server. We have tested the SMTP and it is sending emails. We have checked all the settings as described and yet it does not send. What do I do next?

I too am having this problem. I’ve checked everything that the above link advised. I really want to love this plugin and use it but I can’t until I’m assured that the email notifications are going out.
I have around 90 forms installed on my sites (hosted at on-rev.com), and they are all sending emails. Maybe it’s a server-specific issue?

My form maker is not sending out mails.. I really need it working. I have already tried the link you provided above and all seems fine. its just the plugin not sending out mails.

still having the same issue here as well. I tried it and the form intermittently sends out emails. Sometimes i get the notifications to the admin email and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes it sends out the email to the person who filled out the form, sometimes not.
I’ve tested this a dozen times by filling out the form and the intermittent notifications are just not something I can live with. I love the look of the forms, but until this is resolved, I have to go back to Captain Forms, which works and sends out emails fine.
I also tested out my site to make sure it’s not a wordpress, mx, or other plugin issue.

Please note that if sometimes you get the notifications, sometimes not, then it means that your email functions are working. Most probably, there are some temporary problems or email limitations in your hosting.
Could you please ask your hosting provider to check the issues?
