    Hi.

    We create a custom form. We’ve worked for day yet without problems.

    This morning, after a save, the form is missing. We click on Settins in che Form list, we enter the page but does not show the form, che field and all other issues.

    what is the problem?
    How can we recover the form?

    Thanks in advance.

    Seems like the form is “corrupted” after save.

    Also the page where we’ve linked the shortcode appears blank and loose the format.

    The formula that corrupt che form is:

    “IF(fieldname4==’14’, (fieldname17*0.75), IF(fieldname4== ’15’, (fieldname17*0.50), fieldname17))”

    It’s the third time we make the form & it’s a complex one.

    We were thinking about buy the Pro Version, ma this instability issue is a problem for our business.

    Wait for your answer.

    Update: we’ve insert the formula above step by step & the primary problem has passed.

    But, on next step, again the corruption of the form by this formula:

    IF((fieldname18*0.05)<=200, fieldname30, IF((fieldname18*0.05)>=750, fieldname31, fieldname18*0.05))

    It seems like the plugin does not process correctly the comunication between the calculation engine & the server.

    Wait for response, thanks in advance.

    By this moment, the plugin seems freezing by any action we can take.

    Also adding a simple field freeze and corrupt the form.

    Maybe the minor update released that morning?

    Hope you can help us.

    Let us know how can we help you find the bug or our mistake.

    Hi Carli,

    Could you create a ticket in our private support page with the access to your WordPress and indicating the Form and field you are editing, please?

    Tip: Please, be sure you are not generating an infinite loop with the equation, or the plugin can fail in the validation process. An infinite loop is generated if you use the field A in the equation of field B, and the field B in the equation of the field A, or if you use the calculated field in its own equation.

    Best regards.

    Hi A. Carli,

    I read your ticket in my private support page; but you have not sent the access to your WordPress to check the form’s fields and its equations.

    Best regards.
