I’ve contaced you regarding this before (#328625) and you managed to help me, but now the problem is back.

I discovered the problem since the forms does not display and I get the message: “The form you are trying to view does not have Embedded display type.”

When I try to set the display type I get “Error”.

I cannot edit the existing forms and not add new forms.

I’ve just added https support. Don’t know if that night cause a problem.

My Forms in Form Maker will not appear on my web site. They are set up as embedded and simply don’t appear. They are published and were working until recently. The following is the page that is suppose to have the New Member Form on it. The other forms in Form Maker don’t work either.

    Hi @sasktelpioneers,

We have noticed errors coming from your theme.

Firstly, we should ask you to change your theme.
Secondly, please deactivate the plugins and activate them one by one to see which one brings the conflict.
Thirdly, could you please remember what has been done or changed, after which your forms stopped working?

Thanks and have a nice day!

I changed the appearance and then start deactivating plugins and then activating them. When I got to the to the top one the forms appeared. When reactivating they disappeared. So I deactivated them. As I started writing in this forum, now the web site can’t be reached. I am not sure what happened.

Never mind, it must be me. Thank You for your help
