I have created multiple forms with forminator and it was working fine but 1-2 dyas back suddenly it doesn;t displays on the frontend

Typically, when a user encounters this issue, we recommend setting these two options. The first one is mainly helpful.
You’ll need to navigate to Forminator >> Form >> Select Form >> Behaviour (Tab) >> Scroll down to Rendering method >> Enable the option to load form using AJAX. Please try to enable this and see how it goes. Try the second option if you’ve already enabled it: “Prevent Page Caching on form pages”. This will stop the caching plugin from serving the page from the cache.
