Hi,
Has the form already worked or changed it after updating other plugins?
It looks like a conflict with another plugins CSS or your theme.
It stopped working at some point. Not sure when we just noticed the issue recently. I already tried disabling every plugin except visual builder and the issue persisted. I know it’s not visual builder because that has been installed since day one and is also on other sites where the form works. Not really sure what’s going on.
`did you also tried to disable the MSF Plugin and reactivate it afterwards?
Otherwise you need to set up a clean WordPress and install step by step the plugins to see which combination is generating the error.
If you like you can send us the JSON export of your form and we will run a test on develop installation. Send the form to our office email at mondula.
Kind regards
I tried deactivating and reactivating, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried manually copy files from a working site to this one, nothing worked. I also tried disabling every plugin. The theme is the same theme used on other site where the form works. I’m at a loss.
I have emailed the JSON
Hi,
thank you for submitting the .JSON file of your form.
The .JSON is valid and we can import it without any problem in the backend.
You can try this importing the .JSON to the other page where the form works.
There is no issue with the form or the plugin.
When i go on the link i can see the forms content and then it dissapears.
It seeems that it is a CSS error – i found a display: none for the contaniner of the form.
please check your mail.
best regards
Mondula Team
Hi, I removed the CSS as requested but that did not help. The form is now sort of visible but shows all the steps and just doesn’t work. Also that offending CSS is inside the plugin CSS file which has never been modified. I also tried removing any custom CSS from the site and no luck. I have now found the same issue on some other sites.
Does the plugin delete all traces of itself when it’s uninstalled? Does it leave database entries? If so how can I find those?
