Form not loading in wordpress

We have been using Caldera Forms for a number of weeks now with no issues whatsoever, until now.

I have created a 7 page form and have been working on different pages here and there. When I came to edit the form today, it doesn’t even load the form within wordpress and I am unable to edit fields, change page, etc

any suggestions would be useful.
