Form not submitting

    Shows that the form is connected on the plugin side but if I test it via the form nothing seems to happen and no info is being pulled through to MC. The signup button URL address is my URL/# surely that’s not right?

    Can you share a link where we can test a form created using our plugin? The form in the footer of your website does not seem to be created using our plugin.

    Hi Harish,

    Thanks for replying. That is the correct form, I was led to believe it worked with Mailchimp, it does give the option to connect to Mailchimp in Divi and it does show my Mailchimp mailing list. Shall I delete it and create a new one?

    Hi,

    We can only help with forms that are created with the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin, there are other ways and other plugins to make Mailchimp forms, but as they are not created by us we do not provide any support on those.
