Form not submitting

    Hello,

    I realized than forms do not submit anymore. No error message is displayed.

    Last time I know it worked was 2 weeks ago. SMTP settings are tested and working.

    Could you please assist ?

    Hi @pitou74 — Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here!

    I was able to replicate the issue on your form. However, this likely seems to be a Cache Optimization Issue caused by the Cache plugin on your site.

    To begin with, I would recommend you to follow this guide on troubleshooting the JavaScript Issues.

    Thank you for your answer !

    I am quite beginner at wordpress, I do not see cache plugin installed in the list of plugins of the website. Is it possible the one is installed but not appearing in the list (and nothing added since the last time we received a submission in december from the form) ?

    I also tried to temporarily disable the captcha plugin, but still unsuccessful.

    Would you have other ideas ?

    I am experiencing this as well. I have disabled my caching plugins completely and it is not redirecting upon save. Also, I am no longer able to see the settings pages on my forms. I am 1.7.9.1

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    The site is under production, I cannot disable plugins in the middle of the day. I will test it and revert. Issue is not resolved.

    Tested. Found out that the issue comes from the plugin PDF Builder for WPForms
