Form Not Submitting

I can’t get my form to submit. I do have a number of conditions set up, but it’s not that extenstive and the form certainly isn’t beyond a normal level of questions.

I’ve searched the forum and all I can find is that this seems to be a big problem, with lots of posts about it, but so far there’s nothing actually is resolved and offers a solution.

I’m curious if this is a problem I should spend time trying to resolve, or is there a limit to how many fields can be in a form in order for it to submit. http://www.haycocolorado.com/test-quote-request/

I’m VERY hesitant to purchase support if it’s I’m going to find out that I can’t have a form with multiple fields and conditions anyhow.
