I have the same problem, my form worked just fine and now i cant send mail and my reCaptcha its not showing.
I dont understand the only way is to pay the Constant Contact?

I have checked all of my names in my ‘Form’ tab, changed a few obvious errors based on your link above, but still have an error?
My form code is below:-

WordPress 5.0.3
Contact Form 5.1.1
reCAPTCHA v3 API
Followed instructions perfectly.
When I complete a form I get the “Submission was referred to as spam” result
Please fix ASAP!

@whateverbatch – your form setup looks generally OK.
POSSIBLE PROBLEM:
Subject: Michael Lauria Coaching ~ “[your-subject]” – the quote marks may cause parsing issues.
Better:
Subject: Michael Lauria Coaching [your-subject]
Also CF7 won’t use your old [recaptcha] since CF7 5.1.x.
You might want to try Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 in addition to Contact Form 7. Once installed and configured it offers the same reCaptcha functionality you are used to in previous versions of Contact Form 7 (recommended by CF7 plugin author).

Thanks just switched back to v2 – scared of v3 now and how much trouble that will cause.
Absolutely no submissions were going through.
@buzztone I had the same problem as @whateverbatch and going back to v2 fixed it.
