Form Not working

    My form was working fine until today. Now I keep getting the error message, “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again”.

    Everything is setup correctly. I have no idea what happened. Please help.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    I visited your page and submitted a test, and I was not able to replicate the issue. Please note that the form has all required fields, including attachments. Can you let us know what kind of file you’re trying to attach?
