HI @bobroos — yes the Give Featured Image is what will replace that placeholder image. If your Give form edit screen doesn’t have the featured image, perhaps it got disabled in your “Screen Options”. Double-check that by clicking on the “Screen Options” tab at the top-right of your Give form edit screen. See here:

Note that this is a WordPress feature, not unique to Give, so it’s possible your theme or another plugin is customizing that screen somehow for some reason. But ideally you should be able to simply enable it there and all will be well.
Thanks!

Hi @webdevmattcrom,
Thank you for you response, I check the screen settings on the dashboard
https://www.dropbox.com/s/mo5jn2kcxu4x9ka/dashboard-screen-options.JPG?dl=0
And I checked the screen setting on the donations main page

None show the “featured image” checkbox.
I did find in the regular donation settings a setting for enabling/disabling “featured images”, It was enabled.

So I guess this could mean the template I use is fiddling with the “screen settings”?
Thank you!
Bob
Yes @bobroos — most likely it’s your theme. Is your theme a free theme that I can download and test from ww.wp.xz.cn? Or do you have a link to where you got it from?

The issue is solved.
A new version of the theme came out after their devs looked into the issue on my site.
Thank you for your support!
