Form Plugin needed

Hi

I’ve been looking for form tool that will allow an administrator of the website to create an entry in the website to include an image and custom fields. These forms to be stored and the contents to be displayed in posts on the website. It is basically a database of people we want to keep and display on our pages.

I’ve looked at form plugins, but they seem to be about contact forms etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
